New products at Mogyi: Energy Mix and Vital Mix

Two healthy new snacks have recently been added to Mogyi’s range: Energy Mix and Vital Mix. Energy Mix contains dry-roasted, salted peanuts, candied pineapple and mango, salted almonds and shelled pumpkin seeds. Vital Mix consists of dry-roasted peanuts, dried cranberries, almonds, cashews and pecans.

Digital printing saves costs and time

The advantage of Sipospack Kft. is that it can offer its partners packaging that can be produced economically even in smaller quantities with digital printing – HP Indigo technology – thus avoiding costly cliché production. This is ideal for prototypes and market tests before the order arrives in large batches, which is what happened with Mogyi’s two products. However, if the customer is thinking about large batches, it is worth choosing flexo printing, as it will be more economical in large series. Based on market feedback, we carry out large-volume production with flexo printing: this ensures cost-effectiveness and excellent quality. After the tests, Mogyi’s Energy Mix and Vital Mix packaging are now also made this way.

Multi-year partnership

Sipospack Kft. and Mogyi Kft. have a stable partnership for several years; they work together to ensure that product packaging is produced precisely and of high quality, meeting the needs of the company. Mogyi Kft. is a 100% Hungarian-owned family business, international company group founded by two brothers in 1990 with just five people – their first product was roasted peanuts.

Sustainability efforts

Although the packaging for Energy Mix and Vital Mix is currently not recyclable, Sipospack is continuously developing recyclable packaging solutions for Mogyi. Several of their products are now available in recyclable packaging – as part of this long-term development.

In addition, it is also important that the production is done with solar energy, as is the case with Mogyi Energy Mix. In the working schedule of Sipospack Kft., the machines consume during the day, so they can use the electricity produced by the solar panels immediately. and they do not have to rely on the electricity supplier’s network during working hours. This year, the company expanded its offering with customers’ needs in mind: the new snacks not only enrich the product range, but also receive fresh, modern packaging.
