Sipos Trade® offers its customers a commodity trading service
Sipos Trade ®, our raw material trade service belonging to Sipospack, has been renewed. Sipos Trade ® deals in the sale of the most easily recyclable foils for the packaging of food industry products.
We have expanded our warehouse capacity, contact with customers is faster and more targeted. Contact with suppliers has been strengthened. All this is supported by the handing over of the new plant. As many packaging techniques, as many raw material requirements. Sipospack Kft. not only offers unique packaging, made of unique material, with special graphics, but also sells the film in bulk to printers, packaging material manufacturers or large industrial users. We can serve our partners from stock, from small quantities (even 1 roll) to truckloads. Let’s look at the offer!
Polyester foils – if thermal insulation is the priority
One of the most important properties of polyester films is that it withstands heat and heat loss well, i.e. it is resistant to cold and heat. In addition, it has high UV light resistance and protects the goods inside well. Primarily recommended for food industry packaging. Polyester film is used in many areas by companies producing packaging materials, graphic and industrial products. 12 micron thick, available in matte, natural or metallic versions.
The most common recyclable plastic
Polyethylene film is one of the most common recyclable plastics on the food industry market. Most often, we find them in the form of a transparent “plastic bag” next to “loose” (not pre-packaged) goods in shops and supermarkets. Polyethylene is an easy-to-produce plastic and is especially suitable for packaging food products. This material is a partially crystalline thermoplastic, but it can be molded without bleaching. Polyethylene has excellent mechanical properties. Since it is a material with high impact, wear and extremely cold resistance, it is also resistant to various microorganisms and UV light.
Advantages of BOPP film
BOPP films are “biaxially oriented” films, i.e. the film is stretched lengthwise and then crosswise, thereby increasing its size, but decreasing its thickness and transverse tensile strength. Its important feature is that during bidirectional stretching, the material becomes much stiffer, unlike in the case of “traditional” CastPP film. The use of BOPP film is one of the most common packaging material solutions in the food industry, as it was originally used to replace cellulose-based cellophane (plant cell wall material), as it could not be welded before. Since BOPP films are rigid (they protect the product well), they can be easily welded, and they are also the most suitable packaging material for products preserved with various protective gases. It can be used for bottle labels, salad packaging, there are fiddle and non-fiddle versions, as well as white, matte, natural and metallic versions.
You can also choose the highly stretchable CastPP from Sipos Trade ®
Sipopack Kft. It also distributes CastPP film, which is available to customers in natural and white colors. This material also belongs to the polypropylene family, so of course it can be recycled.
