Many people want to protect the book they are reading. Most people don’t just immerse themselves in a printed story at home, they also take novels and volumes of short stories with them. Sipospack Kft. created the Sipos Doybook®, which is actually a book case that is also a foot bag with unique graphics. This time, however, it is not food, but rather a novel, for example Noémi Papp’s: The curse of silver money, which is the first part of the Bártfa lawn lady trilogy. The exterior of the Sipos Doybook® has the same graphics as the cover of the novel, and the back side can be used freely: you can add a text about the story, an introduction to the author or even other content that may be advertising.What will be printed is limited only by imagination, or by commercial expectations or market demands. The bag performs the main function, it is airtight, so that neither water nor dirt can touch the book. However, it is easy to open like any other bag, it has a zipper and a smooth zipper. the Sipos Doybook® can be supplied with the so-called With the Sipos easyopen™ function, this allows the user to open it with one movement without scissors. Sipos Doybook® is plastic, yet environmentally friendly

The Sipos Doybook® is made of unisex polypropylene material, the biggest advantage of which is that it is fully recyclable and environmentally friendly. In addition, the company already uses green energy during production, the power of solar energy supports the operation of the machines. Sipospack Kft. has been using the energy of the Sun in its production since 2015, when it installed the first solar panels on the roof of the company. The installed system produces fifty kilowatts of solar panels per day.

What graphics can be used on the Sipos Doybook®?

There are no limits to imagination, the cover of any book can be printed on the Sipos Doybook®. The digital printing press of Sipospack Kft. can economically realize the visual wishes of customers with a wide range of colors, even in smaller series, with unique, changing graphics. With the HP Indigo 20000 printer, there is no graphic element or color combination that the customer cannot request.

Why was the Curse of Silver Money the first Sipos Doybook®?

– The idea is the result of joint thinking and planning with the author – says Balázs Sipos, the company’s marketing manager. – Noémi Papp’s novel was published in June, the Curse of the Silver Coin was given a special, aesthetic cover and purple edge painting. It is no coincidence that both the author and the readers were afraid of him, they did not want him to get hurt. Textile book cases are also very popular, but they cannot protect the paper from liquid. The Doypack, which can be printed with unique graphics, almost gave itself to be transformed into a Sipos Doybook®! Noémi and I designed the product, and then we implemented the idea. It was clear that the Curse of Silver Money would appear in the first series. Now customers can also receive it as a gift with their order on the website of the Jaffa publishing house.

What is hidden in the first Sipos Doybook®?

The Curse of the Silver Coin is a historical novel set in the time of Matthias. According to the story, on an unusually cold day in March 1489, the cart of a merchant from Lübeck fell into a ditch in Bártfán, and the two passengers, father and son, were seriously injured. They can only be helped by Zsófia Csófia, the pretty, widowed herbalist who has been taking care of the town’s citizens for years with her disease-fighting potions and healing knowledge. The wounded father is recuperating in Zsófia’s home, while his son ends up in the house of Bártfa’s executioner – also a replacement – ​​Mihály. The strangers arouse the city’s curiosity, and when a terrible murder is revealed almost at the same time as their arrival, the calm is completely disturbed and the distrust towards them grows stronger. Mihály and Zsófia start an investigation to find out what exactly happened and who might be the culprit. The situation is further complicated by the fact that passion flares up between the woman and her patient, Andreas. But the two men from abroad become involved in another threatening suspicion: murder is not enough, fake money turns up in Bártfa. However, King Matthias relentlessly pursues counterfeiters and punishes them with death. Zsófia is faced with a choice: should she listen to her heart or her mind? Noémi Papp’s irresistibly exciting romantic adventure novel takes the reader to the Bártfa of the Matthias era, giving a taste of the everyday life of the olden times. I wonder how the author received the Sipos Doybook®?

– I already received photos of the first examples on the production line, but the best part was when I could get my hands on this product! Noémi Papp admits. – It is a very special feeling to see my novel in unique packaging! When Balázs and I shot a film about it, because I knew the Doybook’s very good features: it closes airtight and drip-free, it’s easy to wipe, it really protects its contents… I wasn’t afraid when I dropped it in a puddle! There was nothing wrong with the book. For me, it is also very important that we do not burden the environment, that the packaging material should be environmentally friendly and recyclable. In addition to all this, was it made with green energy? I was also very happy about that! I have already received reader feedback.
