Sipospack Kft. has reached another important milestone: we have put our latest high-performance Windmöller & Hölscher ALPHAFLEX flexographic printing machine into operation at full capacity. This development is not only an expansion of our equipment pool, but also a strategic step towards further strengthening the production of domestic and international food industry packaging.
Cutting-edge technology for high-volume production
The new ALPHAFLEX is an 8-color, 1300 mm wide flexographic printing press equipped with a modern 4-zone register control system. This technology guarantees stable, high-quality printing even for high-volume production.

Flexo capacity expansion in the Sipos Flexo system
The aim of the investment is to develop the Sipos Flexo production line and meet growing industry demands. The installation of ALPHAFLEX will result in a significant increase in capacity, further strengthening Sipospack’s position in the field of flexo printing, particularly in the production of food industry films, packaging materials and rollstock (Sipos rollstock).
Sustainable production – supported by solar energy and biomass
Environmentally friendly production plays a key role at Sipospack:
most of our plant’s energy needs are met by solar energy,
and our heat supply is provided by a biomass-based system.
