This year again the Interpack exhibition will take place in Düsseldorf, where companies from the packaging industry will have the opportunity to present themselves. Not only packaging materials or packaging machinery, the latest innovations but also the most important world players in the industry can be visited on the stands. Sipospack has been participating for years in the largest packaging technology exhibition, Interpack, in Germany from 4-10 May 2023. Held in Düsseldorf, the event attracts visitors from all over the world, with 2,865 exhibitors from 55 countries and nearly 200,000 visitors in 2017. At the world’s most important packaging technology exhibition, visitors can visit Sipospack in pavilion 8a, stand E22. And what are we up to? We will present the main pillars of our company’s operation.

The benefits of digital printing
Sipospack Ltd. ‘s printing technology meets the most demanding requirements: with the HP INDIGO 20000 printer, there is no graphic element or colour that the customer cannot request. Digital printing technologies offer new possibilities in the world of packaging, where a unique look has become very important. This technology also benefits short-run packaging. Popularity of Doypack packaging
One of the most popular forms of packaging is the Doypack pouch. Unlike flat film, it literally “stands on its feet” – it doesn’t tip over on the table after opening and remains stable during use.

The base itself can be curved, forty-five degrees, bottom welded or anieless, as the customer prefers. The pouch can be fitted with euro ears, this design allows the pouch to be stored either hanging or suspended. There is also only one type: perforated or with euro ears. It is also possible to customise the edge of the pouch, with all four edges being rounded. On request, our company can also supply Doypack packages with a tear-assist flap.

Sipos Paper® – an aroma barrier flexible packaging paper
The so-called flexible packaging paper, which is in the company’s portfolio under the brand name “Sipos Paper®“, is made of virgin fibre pulp, heat-weldable, oxygen and mineral oil barrier.

This allows it to be used for primary packaging as it meets the most stringent food safety requirements. Its excellent properties make it behave in the same way on the production line as other materials. It prints well – either flexo or in small batches with digital printing, it can be resized. Its structure is stable, does not crack or tear, flexible, easy to bend, and elastic. It contains no optical brightener.
